Shipping Information
Standard shipping method for all domestic orders is USPS or Fedex ground. Orders will be shipped in 48 hours. For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling chargers. We can quote the shipping charger case by case. We will ship your order according to your instruction.

Return policy
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it within Fourteen (14) days for refund. All we ask is that you send the product back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Please make sure that you deliver the product with a return material authorization (RMA) number and a dated proof of purchase. See the RMA Procedure below. Tektrum Development Corporation cannot accept any returned product that does not include an RMA number on the package. If you ship the product to Tektrum Development Corporation, you must assume the risk of damage or loss in transit. You must use the original container and pay the shipping charge. Please note that we will refund your credit card for the total of all items plus tax. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. A restocking fee will be charged. Original sales receipt, all media, documentation, and detachable parts must be included with return shipment. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process after you have shipped your product to us.

Limited Warranty
Tektrum Development Corporation warrants that the product enclosed herein to be free of defects for a period Fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Tektrum will repair or replace the defective product when the owner returns the defective product to Tektrum. The remedy for this breach of warranty is limited to servicing or replacement only and shall not cover any other damages, including but not limited to the loss of profit, special incidental, consequential, and other similar claims. In no event will Tektrum be liable for any amount greater than the currently suggested retail price. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication, or if the product has been modified without written permission from Tektrum.

RMA Procedure
Please email support@tektrumcorp.com or service@tektrumcorp.com, write or call us, so that we can supply you with an RMA number. Once you have received your RMA number from Technical Support or Customer service, please include following items in your return:
1. Printed RMA number.
2. Original sales receipt.
3. All media, manuals and cards.
4. Main unit with all detachable parts.
5. Copy of communication with Tektrum Development Corporation.
6. A written description of the problem must be included if requesting a repair or replacement.
7. A written description of the reason must be included if asking for a refund.
